Second Day Rosh Hashana

Join us for this more intimate, contemplative and chanting service on the second day of Rosh Hashanah.  Services will be held at Chochmat HaLev and will be led by Rabbi and Cantor Sara Shendelman.  Rosh Hashanah tickets will be required to enter this service

Tashlich

In letting go of the ways we missed the mark, it is customary to perform Tashlich, a “casting out,” at a body of water. This year, we will do the Tashlich ritual on Sunday, September 24^th at 4 pm.  We will meet on the lawn at the intersection of Oxford and University and take a short walk to the creek on the UC Berkeley Campus.  Please bring a small object or a piece of paper to symbolize that which you wish to release.
